I'm Amber, I'm a 30 year old mother of 3. My husband and I have lived in Dallas Texas throughout our marriage, and call it a mid life crisis, but we want a different life for our children. So we bought a 10 acre farm in the red river valley and we begain our journey trying to live a simpler and more self sustainable life. chickens were in a mood.
wow. The chickens liked the bugs the kids collected so much, they were practicly attacking! My son was bending down to get a bug out, and one pecked his face. Man I thought it got his eye... Lesson learned... Don't crouch down in the chicken coop!!
